I was wondering if i have a good asus gtx 750ti oc because gpu-z reports asic quality of 87%. Is it valuable.

It means your card has less voltage leak and thus can sustain higher clocks with less voltage.

Take it with a grain of salt... it can mean that the card can be a better overclocker, but in my experience the asic value did not align with how good of an overclocker the card was.

not really no, some of them dont require power from the psu and thus wont oc as the power draw is minimal.

Yeah, my old 760s has asic values of over 75%, yet they could barely manage 1250 mhz (an ofset of 50 mhz on the core). my cyrrent 780ti has an asic value of 69%, yet manages better clocks than the old 760s

That could be due to your VRM situation though. I know for a fact the 980M cards don't OC as well as the 970M cards because they have less VRMs and they overheat.

 

Unless both of your cards are the same MSI model. In which case ignore this and move along =D.

I overclocked my 750ti and got a 215mhz overclock with stock voltage.
