Assuming a reasonable price, (not caselabs or Corsair 900D level) I'd say probably something from Phanteks(nearly all of them), or maybe Fractal Design's Define S

If we're speaking of mid-towers, I still think the 600T looks as good as anything any company has released lately.

There is no "best case" for everything. You might want to consider rephrasing the question to "What is the best care for- air cooling, watercooling, hard drive mounting" and so on. I'd say the most versatile case is the Phanteks Enthoo Pro.
