Gigabyte Support

So, I have a gigabyte z87x-ud4h that i had to send in for repair about a month ago for repair, as my Ethernet port had stopped working, and i got it back ~2 weeks later, july the 16th, and when i got it out of the box, the heatsink was scratched(see below) and yes, i realize it doesn't effect the motherboard at all, But I am a sucker for looks. So i called gigabyte support, and they said email their support team at Services@gigabyteusa.com with a picture and they would send me a new heatsink, so i sent them a email and 3 weeks later, still no response at all from them. I love gigabyte, i have their motherboard in all custom computers ive ever build except 1, But this is ridiculous.

Your lucky they even sent you a board. GB support is not good.

Yea... they take time to respond. I was also waiting 3 weeks once.
