so i bought a laptop :D it arrived an hour ago i booted in bios :3 and noticed it does not go left i thought it was just bios but then i installed windows and noticed left arrow key does not work :( i pressed it multiple times it works now but i have to press really  really hard also it stops working in between seems like lag but its the button issue works flawlessly if i press really hard as i said   and it does not  work if i press it normally or gently im scared to take it to service center as i bought it just an hour ago and i think they will open it up and replace the keyboard :< is there a way i can fix it ? its brand new :..

they do not rma stuff in my country they just fix it and if its non fixable then they give a new one :/

If you just got it, what can you possibly have in it that you need to erase it?
