Asus Software

Go to solution Solved by Knaj,

Doing a clean install is probably your best option as you should get English version of the drivers and software.

Definitely the best Idea.

Hello all,

Just the other day I ordered an Asus laptop, the G751JT. When it arrived, my first issues came about with trying to change the language Windows 8.1 was using (Chinese)  to English. That wasn't too hard, since everything is in the same place no matter what the language settings are in. But the thing that still has me a little confused is how I would go about changing the language settings for the ROG and other Asus software that was installed by them before sending the laptop to me. Some examples of the things that I don't seem to have the ability to change are things like the login screen, and all the ROG software, such as Asus Macrokey, in which everything is still in Chinese. Has anyone else had any issues like this before, and does anyone know of any solutions or guides short of just messing around in all of the menus in the Asus software. I'm probably just going to call Asus in the next few days if I can't get it worked out, but I'd figure that if any of you smart folks had any experience or ideas, it'd probably be quicker anyway.

Thanks for the Help,

     Ryan

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
