Samsung S4 Dropping off Ubiquiti networks

I have 2 Ubiquiti UAP-LR and they work fine with all other devices but with my phone it constantly drops off the network not disconnection but it cant send or receive data.

 

In the speed test app it Goes halfway thru then it slows down slowly and after some time it says Network communication issues Anyone got a solution?!?!
