So I've decided to stop asking, "Would this CPU handle streaming?", and instead ask this, would a 4 core / 8 thread CPU work at speeds like 3.4ghz-3.8ghz for streaming and CPU intensive games. I would like to get a laptop but obviously high-end CPU's cost a bomb on laptops.

Well, I have only a few choices, Digital Storm 17.3 Inch Behemoth laptop, Origin EON17-SLX, MSI GT80 Titan or the Eurocom X8.

How much do those cost?

Simply use google, but since you don't seem to want to do that, each laptop after adding the SLI 980M and sizable ssd's and hardrives seems to be sitting around $3700-$4500, depending on what you add to it of course.

$3700-$4500 dollars.. For a laptop? Looking at your location did you use a money converter?

No, this is the price of these laptops built in America, by the time it reaches me it'll be $200-500 more. Though building a PC is just as expensive as of the damn taxes, so for the same price I get mobility, already had this conversation in a different forum post.

I actually just finished customizing a PC using a i7-4810MQ over a i7-4940MX and the difference in price is $870, making the laptop $3,337. But now the trouble is finding out the price to send it from California, USA, to Virginia, USA to my sister and then she'd ship it to Cape Town, South Africa.
