My future motherboard bundle.

Currently I'm looking for a motherboard bundle that comes with an i7 for a good price. Down below is what I'm considering right now, but it needs to be compatible with an ASUS ROG Overclock Command center. And the problem is, I need a motherboard that is compatible and I'm having a hard time finding a motherboard that's compatible and comes with a decent price.

You will need a ASUS ROG Rampage extreme motherboard to get that sort of support.

Thanks, but the problem is now I have to find a CPU that's capable of helping me run Arma III. And the games a complete system hogger.

Since this is a premium-type thing, and is labeled so eccentrically, im guessing this is marketing towards people who can splurge.

It is rather unlikely that more motherboards will have this function, as for most consumers, it is something not necessarily wanted,

Any mainstream k sku i5 or i7 will be fine with Arma 3.

No it can't. The H sku motherboards are unable to overclock and you have a non overclocking chip so they won't include it with a value oriented board.

No. Probably not. 

 

The only boards that it really works on are the ASUS ROG series.

no but you are getting a intel non k processor right so that wouldnt be able to overclock much if at all anyways

a 4790 will probably run it fine without overclocking

a 4790k will be able to overclock with a z97 motherboard. it need to have a k at the end
