Can't rename my hard drives

in disk management it's renamed but in Explorer it shows Local Disk, how to fix this ? 

this happened when i used USB FIX to clean the shortcut virus

Right click the drives in explorer then click properties and then change the name from there should work  B)

don't you think i tried that ? like just think for a sec.... it doesn't rename, it goes back to being Local Disk

Alright try this Open Windows Explorer. Click on "Computer" in the navigation pane. Right-click on the partition you want to rename. Choose Properties.

In the General Tab, click in the name field. Type in your name. Click "Apply". you may be asked to provide Admin credentials. If you are, do so. Click OK.

or try and open the properties go to security and make sure admins are allowed to write and edit the disk
