Enthoo Pro if your willing to have a full tower

 

PSU shroud, drive bays, air flow, plenty of air flow and included fans

No, but I don't think you have to go push-pull.

 

If you really want to though, I suggest the Enthoo Luxe, but look into the exact measurements of your fans/rad and space available in the luxe
