Adding RAM Question

I currently have a set 16GB of RAM (Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 2666 (PC4-21300) 2666MHz C16 memory kit for DDR4 Systems (CMK16GX4M4A2666C16)) on my Asus X99 Deluxe mobo. Can I straight up add another of the same set for the remaining DIMMS and be good? Or do I need a 32GB kit?
