Should I clean install Windows 10

So I just built my windows 8.1 PC maybe a month ago. Yesterday I did my update to Windows 10. Im now wondering if I should run a clean install on my system. Also I have a overclock on my cpu and I used Asus Ai suite to do it. If I clean install will it revert the oc? Also kinda related as it came up along w update. I was checking drivers after the update and was wondering what the Intel chipsey drivers do and if the mobo drivers like that are necessary.

I don't know if it's really necessary, but I did clean install after the upgrade from 8.1 Pro. Now I'm ready for the full Windows 10 experience!

Upgrades are messy and can cause issues.  This is the same route I went, upgrade then reformat.

I wonder if since I have steam orgin and all games on my 2nd hard drive if I would have to format that drive and reinstall all my games or if I can just reformat the boot drive ssd that has windows on it along w my drivers
