Left a $50 headroom. Would you like to try and get windows from g2a or no? If not I can make it around $750 so you can get windows.

Both are nice builds, they will get the job done, but i am not a huge fan of corsair CX series psu.

Just a couple of ideas- don't get a mATX motherboard with an ATX case, as it will be a nightmare to arrange cables (speaking from experience). E.g my front fan's power cable didn't reach the plug on the motherboard so I had to remove the fan and try again in different positions. Also I would go with a WD HDD instead of a seagate, I find them more reliable imo. Everything else looks good
