why not its low end hardware and fps is key 

 

i will go with that cpu,ram,mobo just got a message back for a friend and he's giveing me a 280x for 100 you think 500W is enough for that

That is PLENTY of PSU for that. :)

My PcPartPicker build puts it around 303W estimate. You have a really big safety buffer.

If he's selling you a 280X for $100 AUD and still have that $500 AUD for the CPU, RAM and Motherboard? You could even upgrade the CPU to an i5 for that price point still. ;)

Lower your settings! CSGO isn't a demanding game anyway, you could run it without a GPU on low settings

it what i have on hand. and you can i have friends who use 1280x720 and other who still use 4 by 3 monitors and they are by no means bad players
