RadeonPro has Dynamic V-sync. That'll help a bit with micro-stuttering.

Once i finally got Red Orchestra 2 to open correctly and played a couple missions in Singleplayer the game was stuttering every second and its very annoying.

 

I have the Graphics set to high and the fps is over 60 

 

please help  :D
