whoo tell us if you like it I took the jump when it was on sale and I had a reward money card thing at best buy a couple weeks ago and love the thing to death minus the fact that I have to sacrifice a button to do dpi change :( .

sure thing!

and I play mmo's , but I really don't need the 16 buttons on the side, and its really not worth the price imo~ :)

I like having things for my thumb to do and I dont even play MMO's. I mean why not use it since it quite good at hitting things and stuff like that. Thats why I also have a orbweaver and I think a stick is far better for moving than WASD it also frees up 4 fingers to do something else.

I'm not very concerned with the software of the mouse because I already own a blackwidow 2013 and I haven't had any problems with razer synapse as of yet.

What I'm really concerned is with the feel of the mouse.

But I have to ask. What material is the top of the mouse made of? and are the rubberized sides really as great as linus says they are?

Little late, sorry.. The top is has a slight friction texture, pretty pleasing and the rubber sides give a nice tact feeling.  Very little pressure to pick up the mouse.  I'm not really a Razer fan boy since I did have 2 of the older model have button issues, but the redesign of the 2013 gave me some hope.  I'm pretty hard on mice, through the years I would kill the older Logitech MX518 style mice by a groove that would form in the plastic where the switch contacts the button.  Not sure if thats what happening to my DA's I've owned since having an extended warranty I didn't want to void it by opening the mouse.
