I have gotten the Windows BT file (5.97 GB) but have not seen the notification yet. It seems like nothing new has been added to the folder in half in hour.  Is this an issue? Or is there still more files to be downloaded? Any help would be appreciated

Try going to control panel, system and security, windows updates, and see if its there, make sure you scan for updates before you do this :) If you still have yet to recieve all the files try opening command prompt as an admin and typing in the following command: wuauclt.exe /updatenow
