Windows 10 Setup

Hi,

I just found the windows 10 setup files on my ssd, however the upgrade application says that I should wait till it notifies me that it is ready.. Is it save to execute setup.exe?

 

Btw, it seems like the folder was downloaded 19 days ago?!

Weird.
