Best Cheap Fan?

I did specify what size I need them to be; 120mm, and why does it matter how many, i'm just looking for a good case fan for under $20 so then I can decide how many of them I want. 

 

Oh, $20 each? That's most fans, you can get NF-P12s for $17.50 in the US, not sure how that translates.

This Phanteks fans are excellent, i have the high pressure version but they are pretty similar, depends on what RPMs you want

Corsair AF120? I get them for about 14 a pop and love them enough to run seven in my rig

IMO best cheap fans are the coolermaster sickle flow. Quiet and very decent sp. You can find them for like $10 a piece. Also I used it for years as push/pull setup on a prolimatech megahalem tower cooler to keep my i7 920 oc of 3.8ghz cool.
