Don't get 980s, they are bad price/performance ratio - a single 980Ti will be plenty

Get different SSDs - EVO 850 or such

Get a different PSU, the CX series suck... maybe EVGA SuperNova or something similar

yes I would not go with an i7 4790k i woukd waur for the skylake or go with a 5820-5930k processor on the lga2011-v3 socket set.

the SSD are silly for that price but if you must have them i guess there fine. and the corsair CX series are not nearly as reliable as say an evga 750 g1or g2 PSU or even a Corsair RM or AX PSU

Why get sli 980, when you are running triple 1920x1080. Just go for the 980 ti

Since you go for dual cards I vote AMD cause Crossfire beats SLI (unless you need green team)

 

Also for PSU I think you should get a CM V750S or higher. :) (If 390X then go for higher!!!)
