Hey,

 

Are the K70 RGB keycaps replaceable?

 

I saw this and would love to swap it with my Esc cap.

It said its profile is OEM whereas other keys say profile: cherry

Yes, those will work. That is a cherry switch key cap, and the k70 uses cherry switches. You are good to go.

The bottom row is different on corsair kb's so you will have gaps

That is the height/shape of the keys, cherry profile is like OEM but shorter, there are several others too. If you are replacing one or two keys try to stick to the same profile (less important with the ESC because it off on its own but the difference will still be noticeable) but if you are replacing the whole set it doesn't matter so much (you may even prefer other profiles). AFAIK there is no actual spec for the profiles too so they may vary very slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer. Mixing plastics will change the feel of the keys slightly too but isn't so much of a concern visually.
