@OP Why not use Display port? 

Yes it is. He said can he run two 144Hz monitors. Both displays have DVI, and his card has two DVI ports. I just added the fact that his card is powerful enough to game well on both.

 

OH,WHICH 980 Ti, I thought he already HAD one.

Just run both on display port. 980Tis have 3 DP ports normally, and those displays have DP connectors.

Even if he said can it run, it would still not be entirely right, as he didn't mention what 980Ti he "had". Here's the I/O of a reference model, note the single DVI port, not two.

Still has Display Port and you could use that to connect to the second monitor, as the VG248QE has HDMI, Display Port, and DVI.

ok cool now which gtx 980ti do you guys recommend as i am going to pick one up soon

Depends where you're located and the price of them. Zotac's AMP! Extreme is technically the fastest out of the box, but EVGA's normal ACX versions are a good choice for the warranty and support.
