Sure?

Well it does, but on that card it's fine.

The GPU Bus is the link between the GPU and the memory on the Graphics card. The lager the bus the faster the GPU can communicate with the memory, the GTX 960 only has a 128bit bus as opposed to the likes of the GTX 980s 256bit bus, but the GTX 960 has half as many cores, and is half the price.  The AMD Radeon R9 285 the nearest priced card i can see and you can compare with the GTX 960 it has a faster memory Bus but benchmarks show at stock speeds the GTX 960 is very similar and usually out performs it. I guess Nvidia designed the GTX 960 with a 128bit bus because thats all it needs ?

I have found the best way to choose a graphics card is to pick your budget and take a look at some relevant benchmarks to compare different cards. Then make your choice from there, you dont need to get into the technical jargon of bus speeds etc... its the simplest way !

1.21 gigawatts !!! 1.21 gigawatts!!.... Great Scott!
