Yes, pretty much. i use it on my laptop as the fan curve is a bit weird and i just pump the PWM percent to 100

    Name explains it all.. is there any program to control system fans within windows, INCLUDING cpu fan???

Ummm... You could try speedfan, but that doesn't work well for me at all. I'd just get like a cheap fan controller with dials or something.

Ummm... You could try speedfan, but that doesn't work well for me at all. I'd just get like a cheap fan controller with dials or something.

SpeedFan works well for me

      How do I use it, just push the up arrows for the %'s of speeds, then blippitybloppitybloop, my fans are faster?

        I'm not 18 and I don't have a job :/ I just got a 10$ server yesterday :/ (PowerEdge 2850)
