why does my ssd take 1min and 52 seconds to boot intos windows 7???

1. YOu sure windows is on ssd

2. Fresh install ro clone

3. New or old install?

4.  IDK whats your tested read/write, and what is advertsied.

 

Could just be windows being bitch,

I think you might've installed your windows on your HDD instead

Have you checked its health status? I would recommend getting a diagnostic utility from your manufacturer and running it in order to check the S.M.A.R.T. status and if the drive is good for usage.
Also check what programs you have at the initial startup and possibly remove some for faster boot times. :)
