What have you tried that made it a "blurry mess"?

 

If you are on Windows I recommend you look at Paint.Net, it's pretty easy to use and should give good results.

 

For Linux GIMP is pretty much the go-to for image editing.

"PSU brands are meaningless, look up the OEM."

i used gimp i followed the steps to make it bigger it work mostly but it made it a blurry mess

Making an image larger? Unfortunately you will always end up with a blurry mess, depending on what amount you increase it by.

 

I presume you have a bitmap image that you want to make larger. Because bitmap images include data about the pixels you can't increase the size without them becoming blurry. The extra data for the pixels isn't there and can't be added later, this is not fault of the software.
