Pc crashed

So hello everyone, im new at the forums and i have a problem. I was trying to install shaders to minecraft on my new gaming pc and all of a sudden the monitor went black and says no signal.The mouse and keyboard died to, but strangely not my mic. The pc boots but does not  display video nor power mouse and keyboard.

 

Please help as fast as possible.

are you using dedicated graphics?

Yes i am, 3gb GDDR5 memory. (Amd)

Yes, 3gb gddr5 from amd.

If you have integrated graphics try using that to see if its the GPU, if you can't maybe use an old graphics card just to check

Sorry for being late, i dont have integrated graphics nor an older gpu. It boots but doesnt post.
