gpu?

Go to solution Solved by arronleeds,

you have no os so that means you have no drivers or anything, thats why

the  bios recognizes the on-board graphics straight away.

when i try to start my newly build pc with the msi gtx 970 4g in it the pc doesnt show a signal on my monitor but when i take out the gpu it works anyone knows what i could do to solve this?

I built the pc this evening and havent started it yet, so there is no OS or anything done with it.

i dont know if my gpu is broken but the lights on it are lit so i didnt think it was the gpu.

thanks in advance for all the help.
