GTX Titan X Clock speeds doubt

Hi there,

 

I have been playing with my Titan X for a while now and i was trying to achieve a +200 MHz GPU clock and +400 MHz Memory clock OC, (which is the average OC i have seen in the various forums i have looked) but i could only achieve a +150 GPU +400 Mem one, which i tested for almost a month and have proved stable, but, i didn't notice till yesterday that on GPU Tweak's monitor, the GPU clock shows as a maximum of arround 1314 MHz and an average of 1289 MHZ, which is almost +60 OC than the 1226 MHz that shows on GPU-Z.

 

So my question would be, is GPU Tweak showing wrong readings on the GPU clock speed? or is my Titan X achieving an extra +60 OC on it's own? (i heard that's possible if you get extremely lucky in the silicon lottery  ) or i am just plain stupid and have no idea how to read the GPU Tweak monitor and GPU-Z?  :huh: 

 

Any input or comment about this is appreciated, i love to learn new stuff.
