How is the monitor connected to the PC? VGA, DVI, HDMI, Displayport?

both VGA and HDMI

what you have two ? or an adaper ?

 

is your GPU working

 

Is It Powered ?

 

Are you on the right monitor input?

 

Does the screen work ?

i can plug both in the monitor,

the gpu is giving off light so im assuming it works

and i have the monitor plugged into my laptop right now and it works just as it should

and I have no idea about the input

 

Alright, try connecting the monitor to your motherboard instead of your GPU.
