Ducky Shine 3

Hi there, so my friend both a Ducky Shine 3 and his media key do not work after the firmware update. I also have the Ducky Shine 3 and it works for me just fine.

And i can't find any solutions for his problem, if someone had the same problem and found a solution pleas comment on this topic

Try uninstalling previous keyboard drivers from device manger and restart
