Ran out of usb 2.0 headers

I ran out of usb 2.0 headers.  Is there a splitter on the market that can divide the signal into 2 headers?  Mobo is MSI Gaming 5 and I need to plug in NZXT Kraken x61, Front panel connectors and a Gigabyte PCI-E Wifi card.

No.  The usb headers on the motherboard.

Just out of curiosity, why does the WIFI card need USB? Why wouldn't it simply transmit all data via the PCIe lane?

You need a Floppy Disk power connector on the PSU though. If your PSU doesn't have one (too new), then you could buy an adapter:
