Theyre both completely different products, itd help to know what you plan on doing.

computer stick for light travel and no PC, and shield if you have a PC already.

Two totally different products for two just about totally different purposes....

 

So if you're asking the vague question of "Which one should I get?" without a REASON to get either, then I'd say neither.

Id say Shield, as new and cool as the Compute Stick is, I think its pretty much impractical for a lot of things, especially with how powerful phones are, dont get me wrong, a full Windows machine is more powerful than any phone, but what more are you really doing when youre out and about?

That's... what? That's not a reason to buy a product. Again, I'm not sure you understand what they do.

What are you going to use it for?

 

What would you be doing with a Shield? What would you be doing with a compute stick?

 

If you just want to buy one of the two based on the idea that they're cool toys - again, I'd say neither because you have no reason to buy either.

If you want to stream games from your computer to the Shield, go for that.

If you want to do microcomputing, get a compute stick.
