PNY is not that great. There are tons of other companies with 980 tis. Get EVGA, MSI, Gigabyte, or Asus

PNY are fine when it comes to the product, they're one of the few (or the only) board partner(s) that are allowed to make Nvidia's workstation cards so they clearly know what they're doing and Nvidia seems to trust them. 

 

Customer service though... I can't find anything solid tbh, most of the stuff I found was a good few years out of date.
