Between those

Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Why is the platinum 1600 more expensive than the vengeance pro 1866 ? Both cl9, and the pro seems to be better. Am I mistaking ?

and why the HyperX 1866 is cheaper than the vengeance pro 1866 ? They are the same. Am I just paying the brand ?

I want to chose between those for my next rig
thx a lot

Ddr3 pricing has become a strange thing in the last 6 months, and yeah there isn't a lot of difference besides brand name and asthetics. Some ram is known to overclock better than others but performance gains from ram are debatable at best. I say this is a situation where it is (mostly) ok to just pick the one that looks best to you.

Choose whatever you think will match your build, RAM speed and latency doesn't matter for gaming (with dGPU). It is usually best practice to choose whatever is cheaper, but if you have a bit of money you want to throw at for aesthetics then choose something you think looks nice.
