Reducing pc fan vibration

Gonna be doing this soon: -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhkYrzST7V4-

And now I need a solution for my hard drive and fans. Anyone know anything that would work well to stop fans from vibrating against the case?

Suspending the hard drives or mounting it to a sheet of plexi with thick foam or soft rubber feet basically negate all vibrations to the case:

For something slightly easier, buying rubber washers from a hardware store works wonders.

Rubber "screws". Don't get cheapest and select ones that are right for your fans. Like if your fans use closed screw holes, get long screws. For open, you and use both, short and long.

You can get washers/o-rings too but those are much weaker if you have super-rattly fans. Best would be something covering whole frame, not just screw holes, or mounts like ones on Noctua fans.
