Graphics glitch?

This happened on my last GPU also... I get this weird little graphical blinking black glitch in the top left corner of my screen. I don't know how to fix it

Try a different monitor. You can alternatively use the monitor with a different GPU, or if neither of those options are able to be done than just re-install the GPU (physically), and it's software.
