Uninstall and reinstall CS GO? It's not ideal, but it'll likely work and doesn't really matter anyway since it's all online.

 

EDIT: Deleting the video cfg file has fixed many problems in CS GO for me before, that might work, not sure though.

Theres a console command that fixes this... I forget what it is tho...

 

Try sv_hud 1.

I remember Warowl saying that some command about Interlacing fixed it.

right click csgo in your library and go to properties at the bottom, local files and then "verify integrity of game cache" and let it proceed.

It'll check for missing or corrupt files and replaces them and doesn't delete your game.
