Hey im planning to build a new PC, and i would like to hear what you guys think about it. I have some parts from my old PC and that is why some of the items used aren't included:

Motherboard: ASRock 970M Pro3 micro-ATX

CPU: AMD FX-6300

Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 2x4gb 1600MHz

Graphics: XFX Radeon R9 380

Cooling: Cooler master hyper 212 EVO

I'm mostly going to be using it for gaming and school work and i don't have all the money in the world to spend, which answers the inevitable question as to why i'm going with an AMD and not an intel processor.

Also i'm planning on getting the Fractal Design Node 804 at some point, which is why i went with a micro-ATX.

Please do comment if you have any suggestions or corrections i should make.

Do you plan on upgrading it at any point down the road?

Unless your are OC (which you should with a AMD cpu) you can skip the hyper 212

I wouldn't say that, my FX-6300 reached 90 degrees without an aftermarket cooler straight out of the box (under load)

What are the parts from your old computer.

List them and we will see if you need to upgrade.

Also i was considering buying the Cooler Master Seidon 120v ver.2. But i just seems loud, but the watercooling aspect might give some more wiggle room when it comes to overclocking, so is it worth the noise, or am i better off with the 212 evo?

I've got the same processor and the Hyper 212 Evo, it does the job, not too loud and I managed to get mine overclocked to 4.1GHz

the parts from my other computer are a 650W PSU from Energon

a 500gb and 250 gb HDD running at 7200 rpm

and a Nzxt Apollo Case.

And the thing about these parts are that they are not particularly bad and unusable, but i am planning on getting a modular PSU and adding a boot SSD when i buy the node 804, but it doesn't make any sense to me to buy a new PSU and do all the cable management before i get the new case, and the one i have now should still deliver enough power.

You should be fine, if you do decide you want to upgrade later on, it may be wise looking into an intel processor as they have better options for upgrading
