Can some 1 help me build a 2k euro pc gaming build ?

to achive  over 60 fps!  got a 144 Ghz monitor

atm i have i-3/forgot motherboard/ asus nvidia GTS 450 1gb/ 2x4 gb ram corsair vengeance..

and i want a big upgrade 

like i-7, 2x video cards sli, SSD, (got a new 2T WD BLACK),

You dont need 2k for gaming only.

perosally i'd go with x99 platform With i7 5820k and MSI x99 SLI plus motherboard and gtx 980ti
