I have one in mind but i wanted too see what you guys will post.  Please use www.alternate.de for my parts the cheapest Germany site.

1. Budget & Location
1800/1900€  & Germany

2. Aim
Multitasking while playing High-End games on ultra and streaming them on feature 1440p monitor. Ability to run two games at the same time + many more things at the background while streaming, also i am doing some noob video edditing nothing pro. I just like Multitasking :)

3. Monitors

The prize is for pure rig but i will use 1440p

4. Peripherals
No

5. Why are you upgrading?

Because my computer not enough anymore.

it will play 1440p, but you won't be getting 100+ fps on some games. more like 60 fps +

For the graphics card there wasn't any de. listings so that price isn't listed, but it's US price is about 530.

I only added a wifi adapter if you don't have a wired connection.

This is a very good build, just consider that if you plan on heavy overclock it's better to get another cooler

And since is under your build you might think about getting a 980ti

he might be able to fit a 980ti and better cooler in that build and that budget, just not entirely sure since I don't know if he owns the monitor already, and since the de. page doesn't show the prices for the gpu.

I dont have the monitor, but i will buy one 1440p witch is not included in this price. Thank you all for helping me, but you can fit so much more on this price range. :)

Ok so i did this out of 1800/1900€ :

CPU: ----------------------- i7-4790k  ----------------------------------- € 360 ( Amazon.de

CPU Cooler:--------------- H110 ---------------------------------------- € 131 ( Amazon.de )
Mobo:---------------------  MAXIMUS VI HERO ------------------------  € 177  ( Amazon.de
RAM:----------------------  G.Skill Ripjaws X  2x4 2133----------------- € 50    ( Alternate.de )
GPU: ----------------------  Zotac 980 Ti AMP! Extreme --------------- € 800  ( Alternate.de )
Case:----------------------  Nzxt H440 ----------------------------------- € 140  ( Amazon.de
SSD:-----------------------  Samsung 850 Evo 250gb ------------------ € 107 ( Alternate.de )
HDD:----------------------   WD 1TB ------------------------------------- € 52    ( Alternate.de )
PSU: ---------------------    EVGA SUPERNOVA 750 G2 -------------- € 129  ( Alternate.de )

360 + 131 + 177 + 50 + 800 + 140 + 107 + 52 + 129 =  € 1946

If i go Define R5 over Nzxt H440 it will be €1900. I can even go for cheaper Mobo and put the money left on something else.

Project Redline:

That "Total: €1029.75" doesn't include the GPU acctualy

I think you're paying extra for the "gaming" on this mobo but the build is very very nice
