Migrating Windows To SSD

I just got a new SSD and I am just trying to put windows on it and make it my boot drive. Every video and tutorial says uninstall it, not going to do that, or just clone the whole hard drive. SSD too small. How do I just only migrate Windows and nothing else? Help would be nice

Just keeping this here as a There isnt a way, either do a clean install, or trim your other drive down enough so you can clone it
