good start for gaming pc?

Is there something like a pc with a motherboard installed and all and you just have to install ram gpu and cpu?

And built-in motherboards in cases are about as reliable as built-in PSUs in cases..... So even if you find one that actually has a compatible socket for the CPU you're gonna use. I wouldn't do it.

 

Also, installing a mobo is, like, the easiest thing ever. Corsair cases even pre-install standoffs if even that intimidates you.....

yes, but installing a motherboard is the simplest thing in the world so theres no point. you literally just lay it in place and put some screws in the holes
