Go with whatever one has the feature's you like. Either will be fine. I'd choose the MSI board.

I pick MSI board because of it design and the DRAGON EMBLE on the chipset.

MSI tends to use higher quality materials in their motherboards. I would go with them over Gigabyte.

gigabyte cuz it's cheaper. 

 

IMO go with the mobo that has more VRMs, better audio codec and cheaper price. in that order.
