At £150 you could get a decent IPS 1080p monitor, like one of these:

Dell S2340L - http://www.cclonline.com/product/95899/S2340L/Monitors/Dell-Studio-S2340L-23-IPS-Widescreen-LED-Monitor/MON1189/?siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-dKJibeHkfFiwQiyHPRI2WA

Asus VX239H - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00D6L4Y9I/?tag=pcp0f-21

i5 4690k | GTX 980Ti G1 Gaming | 16GB RAM | MSI Z97 Gaming 7 | NZXT Kraken X61 | 850 EVO 250GB x2  | 1TB 850 Evo NZXT Noctis 450 | EVGA 750W 80+ Gold

 Ducky Shine 3 TKL (Browns) | LG 34UC87C | Logitech MX Master ATH-M50x's + DT990 Pro's

I have three options for you.

a) £99 Philips 227E44LHAB 21.5" 1080p Monitor - http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-monitors/pc-monitors/philips-227e4lhab-full-hd-21-5-led-monitor-21853516-pdt.html

b) LG 25UM65 25" Ultrawide £176 (Abit over your budget, but stunning monitor) - http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-25UM65-P-25-21-Ultrawide/dp/B00I3GJ8RY/ref=pd_sim_sbs_147_1?&ie=UTF8&refRID=0GA1HVS1PEAZXQHPMNHS

c) Another LG 25" Ultrawide LG 25UB55 IPS LCD Display (Other LG Is IPS Aswell) £163 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-25UB55-25-Inch-IPS-Monitor/dp/B00T4821SS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1436469395&sr=8-1&keywords=LG+25UB55-B+Display

These are three monitors I personally like around this budget, The bottom two are abit over, But i run two of the first monitors (The Philips One), and for £100 they're extremely nice monitors, HDMI/VGA Built in speakers, I'd recommend getting external ones as they don't have the greatest, But if you don't mind sound, they'd be fine. Also does have an output for sound.
