Pretty much the only thing that matters for RAM xD

Considering the marginal differences ram speeds make for everyday/gaming use, kinda really is xD

my budget is around 50$-55$ us dollars

Crucial, has never failed me. Their memory is all made in house and it is owned by Micron the largest maker of memory dies out there.
