Screen freezes

Hello

 

Hey i got Gta 5 and i got freezes in gta 5. i noticed my GPU isnt reacing 100% or even close. mostly 0-30-50 or 70% usage. i get very often like screen freezes for 1-5 secs whice is very annoying

 

my specs are i5 4440 8GB DDR3 13330MHz, MSI H81M P33, Coolermaster G550M EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0 SC

I did i used DDU to remove old drivers. i tryed different driver versions but still got the freezes. Oh someting to notice. my GPU reaches 100% load on all my other games like Euro truck 2 and BF4. it just happends in Gta 5
