OVERCLOCKING FX 9590?

can i overclock and amd fx 9590? if yes, then  how far can i take it?

Depend, not all chips are the same. You are going to have to find out yourself

One thing to note is what board you have and if that has overclocking capabilities. 
All i can say is: Yes you can overclock it.

I'm pretty sure you can still over clock it a little bit higher but the over clocking head room will be very limited.

Why would you spend so much money on a FX 8350 which overclocked to 5GHz, if money ain't a problem, buy 10 fx 8350's and overclock them all and see which one performs the best

the heat would be insane it is already according to the benchmarks personally I would just buy an FX 8350 over the 5GHz 9590 and see if I can overclock that to 5GHz.
