what do you guys think of the ARCTIC F12 PWM Rev.2 - Standard Low Noise PWM Controlled Case Fan? Regarding Noise level??

 

BTW, I'll be needing 4 of these fans...

I've bought single Arctic fan. It was loud as hell.

Was it the F12 pwm? They're shouldn't be loud at all when not running near 100%.

they are very quiet, but not a whole lot of air produced. the actual fan wiring is

microscopic compared to normal fans. i'd rate them a MEH. good price, but

not a main play for heatsinks/radiators. case fan is their destiny (might be a

bit weak for that, too).

This ones are a tad more expensive but much quieter and move more air, and they have rubber corners, which is pretty nice

Not PWM. And cheapest 3pin that local shop had. So I knew it wasn't going to be quiet. But it was much worse than my NZXT OEM fans.
