I really like Helvetica Neue Thin Extended. And use white instead of that yellow background.

I see no Yellowish background... .-.

This yellow background:

You need to use neutral greys (all RGB values are the same e.g R 240 G 240 B 240) this is clearly warm.

Fair enough. and also to add to my point, you say worked for your title, yet you said on your profile its from raw skill and discovering it by your own, which is what I did.

In all fairness, no one taught me! The short answer is no I can’t as I simply don’t have the time and what I do is more about patience than raw skill. The long answer is that I simply messed about in applications until I figured out how to do a variety of styles and then applied them to my work.

It’s like asking someone to teach you how to be them, it’s not something I can nor want to do! Sorry <3

You don't have to take courses or get a degree to prove you can be good at something. I have spent years working on skills within Photoshop and C4D from my home. I'm not trying to set up a legitimate business, which is exactly what you don't get, I'm trying to setup a side hobby where I can make a little bit of money to either put towards drumming or my PC. I have put no images up as of yet because I want to put new design work on, and the same to be said with the portfolio. I can definitely meet deadlines and I'm trying to attract everything requiring design work, hence why I didn't single out an audience. I have multiple years of experience within Photoshop and Cinema 4D. And yeah, you may be employed, Is it self employed? I don't know, but you pointed out before about me advertising, which is exactly what you've also included within your "portfolio" on your profile page.

So what you're saying is this isn't a legitimate business? It's a scam then?

You're 15, you have maybe 2 or 3 years of Photoshop time unless you've been using since you were younger (PSE 2.0 represent). You have to single out an audience because you are a designer, you're not some magical jack of ALL trades who can adapt to any and all styles at a whim. I never called you out for advertising I simply said you had 0 clue as to what it was, thank you for visiting my page though! I am a freelance so I am employed on a project by project basis, I'd love to chat about my clients but I'm sure you can figure out who they are <3

You're 15, you're not a designer, but I wish you the very best. We just need to stop accepting that 12-16 year olds with little to no experience can try and claim the same respect as people who are many times better than them. I get it though, you're 15 (did I mention you're 15?) and you have something to prove, just please don't water down the name of a skillset that is infinitely complex to master.

P.S. you're a Personal Brand Artist if we're gonna be correct about this.

-snip- you said on your profile its from raw skill and discovering it by your own, which is what I did.

-snip-

And look at the skill deficit. You'll also notice I am referring explicitly to the graphic card illustrations and not my work outside of the LTT forums.

I love how you have to keep singling out my age, just makes you that little bit more pathetic as you saying those who're younger infinitely incapable.

I'm singling out your age not because I don't believe a 15 year old could have a large skill set but because you're acting like a 15 year old.

15 Year Olds of Note:

João Carvalho

Emka Klučovská

Skyler Grey

Stephen Bonugli

You're not some martyr who is fighting against the older generation, trust me, you're just not some child prodigy. I'm telling you that you have a long way to go and that colleges and courses will help you get there and develop your style. But hey you want to be a martyr? You go girl!
